items are custom made when ordered, so returns are not accepted. errors made by letter c design will be corrected immediately. 

products by letter c design are handcrafted. there may be some slight variation in color, texture or finish. note paper products are fragile in nature.

please make sure the item you have ordered is correct (size, color, style, etc ...). contact us if you have any questions about an item.
