shipping
all orders are usually shipped the day after an order is placed, unless otherwise stated in the product description or a proof is required. orders are shipped with the united states postal service. standard shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 days. 2 to 3 day shipping within the USA is available via priority mail. international shipping takes anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. once your order in shipped you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.

you are responsible for ensuring the correct address prior to shipping. orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

return policy
products by Letter C design are custom made when ordered so most items can not be returned. when ordering personalized items you will receive a proof for your approval prior to creating the order. errors made by letter c design will be corrected immediately.

items are handcrafted. there may be some slight variation in color, texture or finish. please note that paper products are fragile in nature. contact letter c design if there is an issue with your order.

proofs
when ordering address labels, personalized notebooks and notecards you will receive a proof of your item before it is made. proofs are sent within 3 business days of an order being placed.

proof emails are sent with a jpeg attachment, so if you did not receive the email there is a chance the proof went to your junk email folder. contact us if you didn't receive your proof.

if approval for your order is not received in 3 days from when the proof was sent, the order will be cancelled. 

the design
you can not view the design of personalized products as you order them because each piece is designed by a designer when the order is received. everything is designed depending on the options chosen - this way every factor is taken into consideration and you will get a design truly just for you. when you receive the proof and it’s not exactly what you were looking for, let us know and we will send you a new proof.

different color combinations if you would like a custom color combination just place your order and when checking out make a note of it in the comments.
